The New Bison Charcoal Grill has been totally re-engineered for greater performance. The new air vent system and gasket features allows for even greater temperature control with the ability to precisely regulate the oxygen flow into the firebox. The brand new roasting hood is now insulated to achieve greater temperature stability. Now you can set up the Bull Bison for slow and low cooking, or crank it up to get that steak house quality sear on your steaks and chops.
The Bison Grill is constructed of high quality 304 stainless steel, the Bison has an adjustable charcoal basket to set the level of direct heat
when grilling. There is a distinct flavour you can only get when using charcoal and along with the Bison and Bull’s Competition Blend Charcoal
(Sold separately) you can achieve that authentic backyard BBQ taste that will make you the grill master in your neighbourhood.
